Two teenage boys died on Friday morning in Newark, New Jersey. They reportedly stole an SUV truck and drove too fast, which caused the driver to lose control and scrape a traffic light. This resulted in the truck crashing into a house, causing the car to be flipped over. There was a family inside the home when the car crashed. According to one of the family members inside the house, “I jumped into action. I just started to grab my babies out of the house.”

Police found the two teenagers dead at the scene, who were later identified as 17-year-old Quadre Robinson, and 19-year-old Quayim Battle. Officials also found a gun inside the car. The cause of their deaths is still being investigated and determined by autopsies. There will be more information soon as the Newark Police Department and the Crime Scene Investigation Bureau continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
