Thursday, April 12th, Palmer High hosted a spring concert for the band and chorus. The 8th grade opened the show at around 6:30 and sang three songs. The opening song they sang was “Waving Through a Window” by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and the closing song was “Wonderwall” by Noel Gallagher, which was sang by the juniors.

In an interview with Khylyn Wenz, in response to how she felt about the concert, she said “Very fabulous, it’s gonna be really good.” Khylyn was even lucky enough to sing with all of the groups that performed. Along with the concert, there was also an art showing in the lobby with the artwork of grades 6-12. Lastly, a special thanks to Mrs. Pash for the 20 years of teaching the art of music to the students and playing a mean bass guitar.
